Irrigation Technician

• $34 - $40 P/ hr
• Work within a Local Council

IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN

The Role:

• Installation and Maintenance of Commercial irrigation systems, including control panels, changing valves and sprinkler heads
• Diagnosing & fault-finding errors and determine proper solutions
• Reporting & Recording maintenance to lead supervisor
• Responsible for monitoring systems across multiple Parks and Reserves
• Assist when needed with minor landscaping and turf installation
• Completing all work in a safe and efficient manner, to own safety and the public

Criteria:

• White card
• Minimum 6-12 month’s experience with Irrigation systems in similar role
• Valid driver’s licence (C Class Required)
• Current National Police Clearance
• Previous experience or strong knowledge in Rainman Irrigation Systems
• Certificate III in Irrigation Technology (desirable)
• Certificate III in Horticulture (desirable)
